Our Terms and Conditions
Payment method: We happily accept bank transfers. Usually you take a first lesson and pay for it on an individual basis either in advance or at the end of the lesson. Afterwards, if you are happy with our teaching and decide to continue, packages of lessons are booked and paid up front at a discounted rate. Our packs of 10 and 20 hours of lessons expiry after 4 and 8 months, respectively.
Cancellation, lateness and non-arrival: The school requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours' notice, late arrivals, or missed lessons will incur a charge for the entire duration of the lesson, unless you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule a lesson, it will be arranged at a time that suits both you and the tutor. We understand that schedules can be busy or unpredictable, so we offer flexibility in lesson timing, and lessons do not necessarily need to be held at the same time or day each week. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively.
Refunds: No refunds will be given unless the services purchased cannot be provided as agreed. Please check your commitments before enrolling.
