Payment Options for Your Tailored Plan:

We happily accept bank transfers for all payments. You usually start with your Introductory Lesson, which is paid individually either in advance or immediately after the session. This is your chance meet us with minimal commitment.

If you are happy and ready to proceed, your Learning Journey Packages (10 or 20 hours) are booked and paid for upfront at a discounted rate as an investment in your long-term fluency. Please note: our 10-hour packages expire 4 months after purchase, and our 20-hour packages expire 8 months after purchase.

Cancellation, Lateness, and Flexibility:

We value your time and our tutors' schedule. Our mutual agreement requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and that is why our scheduling is truly flexible—lessons do not need to be held on the same day or time each week. However, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, late arrivals, or missed lessons without prior notification will regrettably incur a charge for the entire duration of the lesson. This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide premium, dedicated time to all our learners.

Refunds: Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality, tailored 1-to-1 service as agreed. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds once a package is purchased, unless the services purchased absolutely cannot be provided by the school as agreed in your plan. Please ensure you are happy with your schedule and commitments before enrolling in your course.
