After your Introductory Lesson, if you’re happy with our teaching style and ready for real progress, we recommend moving forward with a package. We designed our Learning Journey Packs (10 or 20 hours) because true fluency is a journey that requires consistency and strategy, not just one-off classes.

Therefore, while you are under no obligation to continue, to proceed with regular learning, you would need to book a pack of 10 or 20 hours. Please note that single lessons cannot be purchased, as our tailored approach is built for the long-term transformation provided by our packages.

The first and easiest step is to complete our Student Form. This provides the necessary background for us to start designing your tailored Spanish plan.

Once your Student Form is completed and payment for the Introductory Lesson is received, we jump into action! We will schedule your session immediately, making it a priority to get back to you within one working day via email with appointment options.

We're a UK-focused online Spanish language school.

Although your tutor might be delivering the class from Spain (or another sunny spot!), all our lesson times are strictly scheduled using GMT/BST (UK Time). This helps keep things simple and consistent for our main UK clients.

Our standard teaching hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm UK time.

If you're joining us from abroad, please make sure you double-check the time difference when confirming your appointment. For example, if you're in Central European Time (CET), you'll need to add one hour.

The Cost Benefit: The charge for small groups is incredibly competitive: just £10 per extra person, per class.

• If you are two students: You each pay significantly less than the individual rate, sharing the cost for a fantastic saving. The total cost of the lesson is only £44.

• If you are three students: The saving is even greater! This is why we recommend a maximum of three students per class, as it offers the best balance of personal attention and maximum value. The total cost of the lesson is £54.

Important Conditions for Small Groups:

1. Level: All participants must be at the exact same level to ensure the tailored structure remains effective.

2. Booking: You must book the lessons together; we are unable to match individual students to form classes.

3. Location: Thanks to online platforms like Teams, it's not necessary for everyone to be in the same place; you can all join the class from different locations!

Life happens, and we all understand that things can come up! We truly don't want anyone feeling like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, rushing because you're late for a very important date!

To manage our tutors' schedules effectively and maintain the high quality of your tailored 1-to-1 service, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Please note: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson will regrettably be charged in full.

Lateness Policy: If you are unable to join your scheduled lesson within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson will be considered a missed session and will, unfortunately, be forfeited. We greatly value the time commitment of both our students and teachers, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your learning journey as smooth as possible.

All payments are processed securely via bank transfer.

The process is straightforward: Once you have selected your preferred lesson pack, we will immediately send you a detailed invoice with all the necessary bank details to complete your payment. This ensures your tailored 1-to-1 lessons are booked and ready to go.
