Before committing to any of our packages, first you usually have an introductory lesson at £34 to check our teaching style and make sure we are the right fit for you. If you’ve already met us in a free chat, you can directly choose a package and begin your learning adventure. During the introductory lesson, we’ll also discuss your needs in more detail, and we’ll tailor your lessons based on this information to help you achieve your goals.

You initially book a 60-minute introductory lesson as an opportunity to make up your mind. Then, if you enjoyed it and want to go ahead with the lessons, you’re on the right track! It's the beginning of a journey. It's time to take a bold step into a broader horizon with our journey packs. You would need to book a pack of 10 or 20 hours. Please note that single lessons cannot be purchased.

The first step is to complete our Student Form. Once it is completed, we will get in touch with you with a few appointment options to schedule your first lesson. There is usually a short lead time, but we will do everything possible to get back to you within a working day and get you started as soon as possible.

Once you complete our Student Form and have paid for the first lesson, we’ll schedule your session and make every effort to get you started as soon as possible.

Our tailored private lessons always take place online. What about having your lessons at your favorite coffee shop, workplace, or on the beach during a holiday? Learn anytime, anywhere. It might sound cliché, but it's actually mind-blowing. That's pretty cool, isn't it? We typically use Teams for our online classes. With Teams, we can meet in real time, share screens, and collaborate seamlessly, allowing us to see, hear, and work on learning materials together. The chat feature is essential for keeping track of lessons. You can ask questions, receive feedback, and review review previous discussions. Teams also automatically saves files, images, and notes shared in conversations, making them easily accessible from any device. With Teams, all your lesson content is well-organised in one place, making it easier to review and stay on top of your learning between sessions.

We understand that you're busy, which is why we do our best to accommodate your schedule. It’s our priority to fit your availability so you can take your lessons at a time that suits you best. Our teaching hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm.

Life happens, and we all understand that things can come up! At It's time to learn Spanish, we don’t want anyone feeling like the White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, rushing because you’re late for a very important date! So, If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be charged. If you’re unable to join the lesson within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, unfortunately, the lesson will be forfeited. We really value the time of both our students and teachers, so let’s work together to keep things running smoothly. Thanks for helping us make the most of our precious time!

Absolutely! We take small group lessons. You can take the class with your partner, a family member, or a friend. This will be fun and ideal for those who are more shy or for doing an activity together. However, all participants in the class must have the same level. It's not necessary for everyone to be in the same place; you can join the class from different locations, thanks to the magic of Teams! The additional cost per person per class is £10. To make the most of the class, ideally, there should be 3 students plus the teacher. Also, If you are booking your lessons with friends, relatives or colleagues, you must book together with them. We are unable to match students for our classes.

Absolutely! While our tuition fees are for students in the UK, we also accept payments in euros from students outside the UK. The tuition fees in euros are as follows: an introductory lesson is €40, a 10-hour package is €400, and a 20-hour package is €780 (€39/h, offering the best value). Upon deciding on your pack, we will send you an invoice with the bank details you need to proceed with payment. No matter where you are based, we would be delighted to support you in achieving your learning goals.
