After your Introductory Lesson, if you’re happy with our teaching style and ready for real progress, we recommend moving forward with a package. We designed our Learning Journey Packs (10 or 20 hours) because true fluency is a journey that requires consistency and strategy, not just one-off classes.

Therefore, while you are under no obligation to continue, to proceed with regular learning, you would need to book a pack of 10 or 20 hours. Please note that single lessons cannot be purchased, as our tailored approach is built for the long-term transformation provided by our packages.

Once your Student Form is completed and payment for the Introductory Lesson is received, we jump into action! We will schedule your session immediately, making it a priority to get back to you within one working day via email with appointment options.

We do everything possible to ensure a short lead time and get your private 1-to-1 learning adventure started as quickly as the next availability allows. Our commitment is to work swiftly to find a suitable time for you and your tutor, ensuring you begin your journey without unnecessary delays.

We mainly use Microsoft Teams because it’s fantastic for screen sharing, teamwork, and keeping all your materials super organised in one place.

But hey, we're flexible! If you love another platform like Zoom or Google Meet, just let us know. We're always happy to discuss alternatives to make sure your learning experience is as comfortable as possible.

Although your tutor might be delivering the class from Spain (or another sunny spot!), all our lesson times are strictly scheduled using GMT/BST (UK Time). This helps keep things simple and consistent for our main UK clients.

Our standard teaching hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm UK time.
If you're joining us from abroad, please make sure you double-check the time difference when confirming your appointment. For example, if you're in Central European Time (CET), you'll need to add one hour.

Please note after booking, always refer to the confirmation email we send you. This email will clearly state the time of your session in UK Time. We always recommend checking your local time using an online tool to make sure there are no mix-ups!

The Cost Benefit: The charge for small groups is incredibly competitive: just £10 per extra person, per class.

If you are two students: You each pay significantly less than the individual rate, sharing the cost for a fantastic saving. The total cost of the lesson is only £44.
If you are three students: The saving is even greater! This is why we recommend a maximum of three students per class, as it offers the best balance of personal attention and maximum value. The total cost of the lesson is £54.

Important Conditions for Small Groups:
Level: All participants must be at the exact same level to ensure the tailored structure remains effective.
Booking: You must book the lessons together; we are unable to match individual students to form classes.
Location: Thanks to online platforms like Teams, it's not necessary for everyone to be in the same place; you can all join the class from different locations!

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

To manage our tutors' schedules effectively and maintain the high quality of your tailored 1-to-1 service, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Please note: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the lesson will regrettably be charged in full.

Lateness Policy: If you are unable to join your scheduled lesson within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson will be considered a missed session and will, unfortunately, be forfeited. We greatly value the time commitment of both our students and teachers, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your learning journey as smooth as possible.
